Lunch Options: I will take a lunch count the day before to see who wants a school lunch to be prepared by the cafeteria for Thursday field trip, which I believe is deducted from their "hot lunch" account, or your child can bring their own sack lunch.

Discovery Science Center
The field trip starts at 10:30 and is a total of two and a half hours. The two hour block consists of a ten minute intro, a forty five minute unguided exploration of the facilities accompanied by a booklet that students can fill out as they explore stations, and a twenty minute grade specific experiment: Balance of Nature. At the end, the students will complete a thirty minute Dino Quest interactive activity. We will be eating lunch at the nearby Santiago Park. The Discovery Science Center Field Trip is Thursday, May 5, 2011.We will be leaving Tiefort View Intermediate School at 6:30am and returning to the school around 5:30pm.
All of the 4th Grade Classes will be attending the Discovery Science Center on May 5, 2010.
